A Superbill is provided to you when you pay out-of-pocket that you can file with your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. With the Superbill, you can get reimbursed for the out-of-pocket services according to your benefits, which can be as much as 40% - 80% (please check with your insurance company for more details).
